Hi Doctor,
My son has had a rash on his bum, and we have been on holiday and came back last week and when changeing is napy he had diareha, however he had a rash wile chageing his napy the other night and couldn't sit on it.
Could you give me any advice please doctor?

Hi,
It seems to be eczematous in nature. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a most cream on the entire buttocks 2-3 times daily. Also keep the area dry and clean.
