Suggest Treatment For Rash On Butt Cheek?

I started working out about 2 months ago & I've developed a rash between my but cheeks. It's really embarrassing. I've tried a&d ointment and I recently just purchased lotramin cream. I don't know what to do to make it go away. Im even using baby powder. Please help!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a heat rash.

I suggest to use Hydrocortisone cream for local application.

I also recommend to maintain a good hygiene.

I suggest to use cotton underwear and breathable clothes.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
