Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Arms, Hands And Upper Thighs

a rash on my arms and hands, and upper thighs, small red dots that start out as a flower pattern, a dot surrounded by 6 similar dots that spread into each other so it looks like a large rash, very itchy and painful, cortisone 10 and calamine have no effect and rash has been going on over 6 months now.

I really appreciate your concern, hypersensitivity reaction may be likely and it can be well managed with "Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg " three times in day, systemic reason of this would be matter of concern and this need to be ruled out too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
