Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Groin

Hi I have developed a rash last week in groin area had taken cystopurin as i had pain on urinating that is a little better, but today the rash has spread to my abdomen chest and breast area, feel very tired and unwell plan to see my g.p. on monday any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks I am 50 years old, 9 stone 7 lbs .
