Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Shoulder And Thighs
I found rashes on my shoulder areas, armpits and thighs with lots of rashes in the middle of the night in this cold autumn/winter (about 6 degree). I was wearing a long sleeve cotton shirt and a pair of thighs to sleep, and under a layer of thick comforter. Is it possible that I am having heat rashes?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having fungal infection called as tinea corporis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
