Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Abdomen With Bloating And Fatigue

my wife has had a rash over her abdomen and sides for over a month, along with being overly tired and bloated. she has had blood tests that are clear along with xrays of her ovaries, bladder and everything came back negative. she was also tested for tick bites. she has had shingles but they ruled that out. went to a dermatologist, gave her a topical cream.

I think he needs an antihistaminic tablet like Levocetrizine and steroid tab like Prednisolone.
