hi..doctor.. i had unprtected vaginal and oral sex 11 weeks before and again i have only (giving my mouth)oral sex)7weeks ago..5weeks ago i got one my arm pit lymph node swollen.joint pain.skin feel itching,small white dot in my palms,felling tired no fever about 6days.after i went to check STD and doctors check hiv antibody and other std reports become nagative(test done 6weeks after vaginal sex and two weeks after oral sex) then again i got a rash on my chest middle and it went after one week.then i check agin for hiv(11 weeks after vaginal sex and 7 weeks after oral sex) that hiv anti body test also become normal..now i really worring doctor after i had sex with my wife after one week she also start felling itching her skin and same white spot in her palms..pls help me doctor..what is my situation she still feeling itching her skin most legs palms hand now about one week.is that hiv?

Hi,

Noted your history of having oral and vaginal sex and repeated HIV and STD tests, developed lymph nodes in the armpit and rash on chest, has sex with wife and she got itching on chest and white spots in her pals.
Scabies by far can cause such problems due to close intimacy during sexual activities.
I would advise you the following:
Consult a Dermatologist for proper clinical evaluation, examination and proper management as per the cause found.
I hope this should help to solve your problems.
Till then you can use Tetmosol soap for body, clothes and linen.
