Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Facial Acne

Hello sir as I was suffering from tuberculosis for six long years and now I m totally cured as my medicines has been stopped from the last 2 yrs.and as my heavy doses of medicines and injections started due to the disease I have got more acnes on my face I have used a lot of creams like Benzolin peroxide, clarithomycin, Hytino, Retino.. but all this didn't helped me completely the acnes r still on my face it's not going only..as I have consulted to my Tuberculosis doctor they said due to the consumption of more heavy medicines and injection the acnes came on my face..but as the medicine will stop slowly all the acnes will go but 2 yrs got over as my medicines has been stopped but still the acne didn't vanished completely from my face....plz help me out as what to use on my face.as my face has became oily now.

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have problem of acn from very long time . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like oily skin , hormonal changes , side effect of medicine , excessive exposure to sun and skin infection . I would suggest you to wash your face with cold water and facewash containing salicylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelaic acid after washing face . Exfoliate your skin with exfoliant containing alcohol to remove oily and dead skin which is source of infection . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order test like skin test , allergy test and blood test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin , corticosteroid cream and anti inflammatory. Doctor may also refer you to specialist if he/she find this problem to occur due to some underlying disease .
