Hi,

Your son is under right medications. With history of recurrent fever he needs full blood, urine and stool examination, Ultrasound of abdomen and X-ray chest to know the proper diagnosis. That is the reason for fever so that a proper and correct management can be done. Consult your doctor and request for the same.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
