Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Fever For My 3-year-old Daughter

Hi my daughter (3yrs old) has had a recurrent fever for the last 3 nights, always at bedtime. Sunday she was more tired than usual (asked for a nap) and spiked a high fever that came down after I treated it with children s Tylenol. She also had a watery eye for three days prior. Not sure if it s connected.
