Hello,

Very likely this is pain due to teeth or sinusitis. Sometimes it is difficult to determine the cause unless examination is done to see if there is pain while pressing on teeth or on the sinuses. If you have had some runny nose or nose congestion very likely this is sinusitis. If you have not have these but do have problems with your teeth very likely this is due to teeth problems.

Still both of these pains are better with advil and having it regularly every 6-8 hours after food might be helpful. Not necessarily antibiotics are used but if it is a tooth pain you might need to see your dentist soon to save the tooth.

Sinusitis is self limiting most of the times especially if you do not have fever. In this case advil, drinking well, some nasal saline solutions to do nose lavage might be all that is needed.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
