Suggest Treatment For Recurring Respiratory Tract Infections In A Child

my son aged 5.5 years remains infectional disease,like tonsilites,chest congetion,running nose.dr.treating him all type of antibiotics and cures,but within 5to7 days again he becomes ill.whether is there any treatment to fight such infectional disease or to improve imunity.he remains in dusty area.

Hi,
According to me , probably your son is allergic to dust. May be that's why repeatedly your kid falls sick.
If possible I would suggest that you use a mask to cover his nose and mouth. Secondly exercises are the only ones which help in building immunity and nice fresh food also helps you in building immunity.

Whatever medicines are given to boost immunity are nothing but multivitamins with micronutrients.

If possible steam inhalation helps in bringing down the symptoms.

Am sure these simple things will give lot of relief. These are for prevention but once an attack of cold and cough happens, then definitely you will have to visit your doctor.
