Suggest Treatment For Red Blotches Around The Ankle Area
Hello, I have a various red coloured blotches around my right ankle area. Mostly in the front area. When I pull my skin tight, the discoloration goes away. Soon as I let go, the redness returns. Only have it on my right ankle, not left. I have some varicose veins elsewhere on my legs but this redness is only around the base/front area of my right ankle.

Your symptoms seem to be related to contact dermatitis. I suggest using Calamine lotion for local application. I also suggest using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
