Suggest Treatment For Red, Itchy And Swollen Testicles Of A 6-year-old
My 6 year old grandson woke up this morning and his testicles & around his penis are red and swollen. Hot to the touch. He said it was itchy. I looked there are 3 spots that were white bumps which have now Chgd to small bruises. I gave him benadryl & hydrocortisone cream & we have been putting ice on it. Do you think it s fire ants we live in fla? Should we take him to ER or we following protocol?

It may be due to allergic reactions.
For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.
For itching you can take tablet loratidine.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Avoid sweating
