Suggest Treatment For Red Spots Near Thighs And Arms
Hello, recently ive been scratching alot in different places, I am aware that I might be allergic and should get this tested but to add on to this ive been seeing little red dots under my skin the side of little needle pricks and would like to know what they are. These red pricks appeared near my thighs and my arms and they seem to be permanent.

It may be due to fungal infection.
For that you can apply clotrimazole ointment locally.
Avoid sweating.
