sir , i have sex on november 6. but at that time my pennis foreskin got reddish. After 40 days my pennis foreskin got white discharge on my tip of pennis . it will occur always on my sex . what is the permanent problem to solve the pennis foreskin crack plesase help me,..,...
Your symptoms could be due to balanitis, fungus infection, STD infection. I would suggest to consult dermatologist and undergo examiantion, urethral swab test, KOH mount, STD screening test to confirm cause.
Specific treatment will depend on cause. Doctor will give following advises:
- Apply Bacitracin and candid ointment. - Avoid sweats in affected area and maintain proper hygiene. Use antibacterial soap. Tablet Doxycycline will cover all the possible infection. Tablet Fluconazole for fungal infection. - Maintain proper pelvic hygiene and use condom during sex.
