Suggest Treatment For Retrocalcaneal Bursitis With Torn Tendon

Hi Doc ! I am suffering from retrocalcaneal Bursitis & in MRI it was found that Tendon is partially torn. There was swelling, inflammation & severe pain in both feet. Doctors advised for interventional treatment, with a doubt that the situation may get worse after operation. They also said that the swelling & pain will not go unless it is operated. Whereas there is relief in the situation with LAKSHADI GUGGULU, the swelling is gone & inflammation is controlled. Is there anything which can be added to improve the condition further?
