HI I HAVE JUST BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH RBBB LEFT AXIS DEVIATION ON MY ECG WITH A SINUS BRADYCARDIA OF 52 BPM, IS THIS SERIOUS. I HAD HEART OPERATION FOR COARCTATION OF AORTA 1I 1976 AND ALSO HAVE A BICUPSID AORTIC VALVE WITH SLIGHT REGURGITAION . I AM NOW 47 YEARS OLD
Hi, If you don't have weakness and dizziness, especially during physical activity, heart rate 52 bpm is not issue for concerning. Incomplete RBBB is not abnormal finding, it can seen in healthy adults. Letf axis deviation is not serious.
