Suggest Treatment For Right Lower Back Pain

hi i have had right lower back pain for 4 years after my 3rdchild was born, always a dull ache but after activity and movement. its around 6 centermeters from my tail bone and than 5 centermenter to the right side it hurts when i press it. some days are good others not good.

Hii....looks like you have a mechanical back pain. Try some pain killers with muscle relaxants, some back strengthening exercises once pain relief. Also its better get a x-ray done to rule out some other problems. Take care.
