Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Abdominal Pain

I have pain on the upper right side of my stomach (just below the ribs). I also have extreme back pain (right side, mid back) with a swelling below my shoulder blade toward my spine. Laying on my stomach is painful. Have had this about 2 months now. Take naproxine in the mornings and use a heating pad for minor relief.

Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com

I have evaluated your query in details.

1) Pain in the upper right side of the stomach may be gall bladder calculus or some other problem such as bile drainage system disturbances or liver pathology issues of the right lung.

2) Management will require diagnosis and further management with X-ray and ultrasound reports .
3) The swelling below shoulder blade seems lipoma or other soft tissue. Lesion will require surgery .
