Hi,

Noted the history about headache in the same area, cervical spondilitis,
the pain is pointed, painful jabs, also have OCD that is obsessive compulsive disorder.
Since you have cervical spondilitis or arthritis in neck the muscles attached also get inflamed and thus get tight that is go into spasm and if this occurs again and again then can go into fibromyalgia that is a permanent change.
This is turn gives nerve pinching syndrome causing the referred pain on the area supplied by that particular nerve.
The treatment is that of arthritis of hte vertebral joints by local or oral steroids, muscle relaxants and anti-inflammatory medications.
You can also apply local rubefacient liniment.
As for OCD, the evaluation and treatment can be done by a Psychiatrist only hence consult one and get proper management.
Migraine in fact can be due to the reasons discussed above.
But since there is what we Doctors call as pointed pain it o rule out any internal problem by getting MRI or CT scan of brain and have an opinion of a Neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
