I am 41 yrs. old and I have had ringing and hearing loss in my right ear. I recently had an MRI that was normal. But lately I have also been experiencing a pins and needles or numb sensation in my face. Could there be something that would not have shown on the MRI that could be causing my symptoms? A pinched nerve somewhere?
