Suggest Treatment For Rotator Cuff Tear

OK! 4 YEARS AGO MY WIFE HAD A SEVERE STROKE. I THOUGH WITH MY TRAINGING AS AN OCCPATIONAL THERAPIST. IWOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF HER NO SWEAT. BECAUSE OF THE LEFT SIDE HEMIPARESES. SHE HAS VERY LITTLE USE OF HER LEFT SIDE. SHE ALSO FALLS,WHICH REQUIRES ME GETT ING HER UP. THE END RESULTS OF THIS I HAVE TWO TORN ROTATOR CUFFS. THE RIGHT ONE WAS SURGICALLY REPAIRED. 10 DAYS LATER SHE FELL DURING THE NIGHTAND I TORE THE REPAIR AGAIN. YHE DRS ARE SAYING SURGERY IS NO LONGER AN OPTION FOR EITHER SHOULDER. I HAVE CHRONIC PAIN 24/7! DOSE ANY ONE ELSE HAVE A SOLUTION?????

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I would say that in such cases you need to follow the advise given by the doctor because without the clinical examination nothing can be said for sure, so why it better to follow the advise given by the doctor at the most you can have second opinion or third opinion, (If the surgery is not possible then analgesic medicines can be tried) hope this information helps, take care.
