Suggest Treatment For Running Nose And Clicking Sound In Left Ear

My nose was running slightly, but I don t have a cold. I blew my nose with tissue but not hard, suddenly my left ear started having clicking sounds but no pain, feels like its plugged up a little. This started this morning and continues throughout this time. Also my ear feels full. I also have suffered with ringing in the ears, mostly more noticeable at night when all is quiet. This has been going on for year since I was about in my forties, I am 76 years old and female. This is sooooo annoying, it makes me nervous and adjutated. (excuse spelling), I have never been treated for this. Please help. Thank you, Muriel

As you have told that you are suffering from this complaint since so many years I think you have to go with some steroid nasal spray like betamithasone or fluticasone and decongestant drugs like diominic-dca or wikoryl or no-cold or otrivin nasal drops or nasoclear nasal drops for not more than 7 days at one point of time.
