Suggest Treatment For Schizophrenia

Hi, I am 16 years old and for the past 10 years I have been in brief encounters with what seems to be extraterrestrials. The last time I saw it was at night about 2 years ago, it was ten feet away from me, it was self-illuminating and appeared to be kneeling down. I was standing on the road, while it was standing at the edge of the tree line near the ditch. I stood there and stared at the being for about 10 seconds trying to make out the figure. 8 years before that, I saw the exact same being walking through my room after suddenly being awoken by absolutely nothing. I just woke up, was extremely awake, and saw the figure walk around for about 5 seconds before it walked out of the room. I am frequently paranoid at night and have troubles sleeping, I am just very scared/curious as to whether or not what I saw was real and that these symptoms I have are from PTSD or maybe I m mildly schizophrenic. I would just like a professional to decide whether or not they think what I see are hallucinations, or real. Thank you.
