Suggest Treatment For Sclerosed Mastoid Cells In Ear Drum
i have a fully retracted right ear drum and hearing is ok only high frequency is a problem little bit. in last 15 years i have 3 ear infections only in the right. there is no discharge etc. but my xray shows sclerosed mastoid air cells on both sides, though left ear did not have any problem and the left drum is in tact. do i need to correct the right ear drum and need to worry about sclerosed mastoids..
Hello. You dont have to worry about the mastoids sclerosis and you dont have to do a surgery for the right ear drum. You should check your nose/sinusis and Eustachian tubes, if there is something wrong. Probably this is the reason why you are still having ear infections.
Wish you all the best...
