Hi im aged 23 and im affected wid Tb meningitis and im under treatment from the year 2009 june and on treatment . i had sezuires on june 2009 and again sudenly i had repitive sezuires on jan 2011 on 1st y this happened ? and again on feb 23,2011 i had a problem dat sudenly i was losing consciuos was nt able to move my limbs. and im a MBA student at UK from india , evrytime i have exams i fall serious .. y is it so ? can i study? and i have lesions on my left brain.what to do. i use all 4 att tablts n keppra too
Dear I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering Unfortunately when brain lesions occur such as in frontal or temporal lobeseizure are more difficult to be treated Anyway EEG is absolutely needed to understand if are these lesions which are provoking epilepsy or not You need to study so you should do so but avoid caffeine and energy drinks Don't abuse with sleeping, at least eight ours a day Upload your brain MRI and I can be more specific about treatment Best regards
HI Well come to HCM seizure is one of the symptom in case of Tubercular meningitis but with the right treatment this comes around with no event, antitubercular treatment gives excellent result if this is given in right dose with good drug compliance, of course you can complete your course of study, hope this helps.
