Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
Unfortunately when brain lesions occur such as in frontal or temporal lobe seizure are more difficult to be treated
Anyway EEG is absolutely needed to understand if are these lesions which are provoking epilepsy or not
You need to study so you should do so but avoid caffeine and energy drinks
Don't abuse with sleeping, at least eight ours a day
Upload your brain MRI and I can be more specific about treatment
Best regards

HI
Well come to HCM
seizure is one of the symptom in case of Tubercular meningitis but with the right treatment this comes around with no event, antitubercular treatment gives excellent result if this is given in right dose with good drug compliance, of course you can complete your course of study, hope this helps.
