Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Sever abdominal cramps in pregnancy should always be investigated.Possible causes may include UTI, malaria, digestive viral, bacterial or parasitic infection. When neglected, you run the risk of premature delivery.I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination.Tests that may help identify the cause of your problem may include: urinalysis, malaria test, stool exam, ESR and a full blood count and an obstetrical ultrasound.Treatment will depend on cause. In the meantime, you may try the folowing:
-Rest well
-Take an anti-spasmodic pain drug like spasfon
You Doctor may help you with an etiologic treatment after your tests results
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
