Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea When Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia
I have RA and Fibromyalgia, since Friday I have had a pain in the mid to lower abdomen (left side). I have had a decreased appetite and when I did eat experienced diarrhea fairly quickly after the meal. I do not have a fever, pain is worse if I take a deep breath? Could this be related to the RA or Fibro?

The diarrhea is not commonly related to fibromyalgia.
I suggest using an over the counter option such as Imodium.
I also suggest using a plain diet.
I recommend taking daily probiotics.
