my name is kanika..m from jaipur...i have severe acne vulgaris problem from years which has worsened now..leavind behind dark spots na n number of open pores..i have consulte my dermatologist who has suggested me... 1.zithrox 2.one antidandruff shampoo and an aha face wash 3.one acne saop..derma dew 4.niltan of dr reddy 5.clindamycin phosphate and adapalene gel om scared that zithrox may not mix with my hormones as already my immune system is weak

You should take multivitamins to booster your immunity. Exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective antiacne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist again. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as per your condition.
