Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety

Hello. Im a 19 year old female, and i was told i have anxiety. I cant drive, or even be in a car without my heart racing, or having a panic attack. Im always tired, and have barley any energy. what is a way to regain my strength, and stop having these attacks so I can live a normal teenage life?

In panic disorder, you need antidepressant with low dose benzodiazepine that would help to control further attack. These medicines are not available over the counter, so better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise.
