Hi welcome to HCM... The diarrhea , vomiting and abdominal pain history here suggestive toward acute gastroenteritis like condition.... Your hydration should be maintained with lots of fluid and if needed infusion of normal saline pint given to maintain hydration... You also needs to given rabez DSR like combination drug that include rabeprazole plus domperidone .... Avoid excess spicy foods and take semisolid food for few days ... Investigation needed with .... -USG (for rule out other causes if suspected like gall bladder inflammation , pancreas inflammation , colitis etc) -stool examination and culture According to examination and report further management done ... Advise : gastroenterologist consultation... Take care
