Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain Similar To Pinched Nerve

IM 26 5'5 and 230lbs. I've gained alot of weight since having my 2nd child back in 2008. My question is why am I suffering from severe back pains almost like pinched nerves? It hurt so bad I have to crawl on the ground because the slightest pain will send me into tears. It first happen while I was pregnant and has been ongoing every since. I makes it impossible to breath at times. What can I do to alleviate the pain?
