Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain With Kidney Disease

hello my grandmother age 71 has Stage 3 kidney diease and my grandmother has to take 120 Oxycodone 30mg which is 4 times for the sereve pain four her back, and her fractured hip without this she cant even get out of the bed better yet walk but her pain management cut her off all her pain medicine because he said medicine could damage kidneys further but i believe her being able to function because pain medicine is making her life more productive than lying in a bed all day hurting to point she is in tears basically what im asking does the damage the pills maybe doing out way benefits her living a somewhat productive life and not mention he just cut all her oxycodone 30mg completley and didnt wing her like most doctors would do and she has been taking them 10 years so i think she is experiencing withdrawls which isnt good for a 71 year old to go thur either
