Hi, I have had backache for over a week now just below the shoulder blade, and am uncomfortable in most positions especially in bed, today it seems to have moved to the front around the bottom of my ribcage and I feel like everything is being crushed in that area

Your symptoms are mostly suggestive of muscle spam only nothing else. For treatment you can take tab dan-mr or tab osteonac-th twice daily with tab pan-d or cap omez-d empty stomach. You can use volini gel or powergesic-plus gel for local application.
