Suggest Treatment For Severe Belching With Headache
Hi Dr, Every couple of weeks I m experiencing excessive burping and tension headaches that coincide with the belching. I fly a lot and find I m also experiencing these symptoms after I fly. My stomach becomes hard and bloated around this time also. Is it something I need to remove from my diet, or a parasite that I may have in my gut? Please help!

Your symptoms seem to be related to bloating.
I suggest using simethicone medication such as gas X.
I also suggest taking daily probiotics.
I recommend to eat a plain diet and drink a lot of liquids.
