Suggest Treatment For Severe Burning Sensation In The Ankle
My right ankle has been feeling like its on fire lately. I havn t injured it that I know of and theres no redness or swelling. It just comes and goes thruout the day. Im a little over weight but I never had this happen before and its just the right one.. Also when I wake up in the morning both my feet feel like they are cut off and I have Blocks. They hurt so bad I can t walk on them right away. I prop them up at night, I try massage before getting out of bed. Nothing works. It only feels like that for the first 5 minutes then goes away.. any ideas as to what Im experiencing? Thank you!
As per your query about burning sensation in ankle region can be due to nerve entrapment or injury. And it could be confirmed by investigations like x-ray, nerve conduction test or MRI, I would suggest you to consult a physician for a proper examination with investigation to rule out the cause. Till then you can take any NSAID like ibuprofen to get relief from pain.
I hope the information helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Jyoti Pandey
