General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should get her checked by paediatrician. The wheezing you hear might be a sign of pneumonia. She might need prescription meds and/or hospitalization.

For the moment, I suggest to give her
- paracetamol syrup at bedtime
- apply nasal saline spray
- apply vapour rub at bedtime at night to keep her airways open
- raise her head from shoulders and up to ease her breathing
- aerosol therapy can help.

Most important to get her checked by her paediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
