General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Quitting smoking may cause any symptoms but cold. Cold is usually caused by the allergy, viral infection, or esinofelia, etc.
When not treated, may cause sinusitis, and effect the ear and hearing.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to have an M.R.I, for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, phenylefrine, citrizine, D.E.C,and multivitamins.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
