Suggest Treatment For Severe Cold And Perforated Ear Drum

hello! i am desperate for help with my ear. two years ago i had a bad cold and had a perforated ear drum. I had two sets of tubes since and felt worse with the tubes. I had tubes removed with a paper patch in june. All summer seemed to be fine. Now i have a blocked sensation and can t hear. I went to the ent and he prescribed amoxicillian and ear drops. Been on them for three days with no relief. The doctor told me that there is blood around the eardrum and it is like a hardened crust. When will my hearing come back and when will the blocked feeling pass. Its driving me crazy
