Suggest Treatment For Severe Colic Pain With Acidity

I have severe co;ic pain exactly like it is in the case of severe hyper acidity pr peptic ulcer. this pain slowly then shifts to towards the left lower part of the left lung. I have been advised 1 tab Rablet20 a day and 1 tab gabapin100 at night for 2 weeks. and spasmoproxyvion s.o.s. However after about two wks also no much difference. Endoscopy and sonography and chest x ray ------N.A.D. Even H. pylori infection is absent. Pl. advise.

reason is gastritis induced reflux of acid with burning colic manifested by
underlying stress , anxiety .
