Suggest Treatment For Severe Coughing In A Child

My 3 yr old son will not stop coughing going on 4 hours now every 10 seconds. I ve tried humidifier, he s drinking lots of water, Vicks under his feet, honey, nothing seems to be working. He has watery eyes runny nose and a constant cough. It seems like severe allergy not a cold so I don t know what to do here at home. Should I take him to the E.R. Or would that be point less?

It might be due to some sort of chest infection for which give him an antibiotic like moxikind-cv or azithral after an expert opinion along with wikoryl or no-cold for running nose. Give syrup asthakind or respital-p for coughing. If there is need then you can also go for nebulization with salbutamol.
