Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea
hi. i am 33, i had loose bowel movement for almost 2wks now, here in the philippines i had an sgpt test for it might be a hep a symptom i am experiencing, my result was 54 yet our range here maximum is just 50? would that mean i have hepatitis a already? or will i undergo another set of whatever test there will be. stomach not painful, no yellowish color or jaundice, urine not dark. what ould it possibly be?i am disturbed. please help. thanks

For severe diarrhea you can take some antibiotics like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal pain. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause. You can take tab nitazoxanide for 5 days to completely get rid off diarrhea.
