Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness And Chest Pain
Hi, I ve been having chest pains for the past week and a half. It feels tight at times and I also feel pressure. I have a pain as if I swallowed something whole and its hurts. I ve notice when I m at work moving around the pain appears with dizziness and shortness a breath. Iam 28 years old and have 4 children. I don t know whether to be worried or if Iam just a tired mother who is not getting enough rest?

You are having chest pain with dyspnea since 1.5 week...
So bronchitis like respiratory and cardiac causes has to be ruled out....
Consult pulmonologoist for following work up...
-Auscultation
-detail clinical history
-Chest x ray if needed
-CBC
-EKG
According to cause further specific treatment given
If infection is the cause than suitable antibiotic prescribed
Avoid smoking if habit
If no specific cause found than it could be by anemia or stress induced...
