Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath

My son got out of the Navy this past fall and is living in Cambodia teaching right now. He informed me today that he sleeps 8 to 9 hours a night yet still experiences heavy fatigue, shortness of breath, fogginess and chest pains. He has had asthma since childhood and is 22 years old and very physically fit. 6 4 210lbs though he says he has lost some of his bulk and is a little trimmer now. Anything serious?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Check your Hb, if it is below normal (normal is 14-16mg/dl) then treatment is recommended accordingly, but use Cap. Sangobion once daily for one month, cap.bonmin once daily for 1 month.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Irfan Ullah, General & Family Physician
