Suggest Treatment For Severe Foot Pain

I am having pain in the top of my right foot. It has gradually worsened. It was painful when I put my work boots on today after being off on vacation for several days. My tennis shoes were better but after walking awhile my foot hurt more. I walk a lot in my job.

This is probably a case of tendonitis--tendon inflammation--and it usually resolves with rest and ibuprofen, but if it continues you need to see a doctor either for oral prednisone or a cortisone injection
