Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

Hi i am concerned about my daughter, she is 14 years of age 173.5cm tall and 12 stone, within the past 3 days she has been complaining that she was feeling very un well and was crying due to this she keeps saying that she has a persistant headache but only on the right side towards the front of her head not down to her eye, i would say just above the ear, she has been feeling sick and has thrown up twice scince the headache started, she is saying that she is dizzy and weak and also said that her vision has gone blurry, she usually wears glasses and has catarax ( dont know if thats important) and she says that her vision is still blurry even with her glasses, her mood has changed to she seems really depressed and sad scince this occured and she is sleeping alot more than usualy and i have found it harder to wake her up not to the point of shaking her, but where i have to shout more than once, shes usually a light sleeper i didnt know whether this was from the headache an i am concerend she is putting weight on but she feels sick and somtimes vomits once shes eaten i have kept her off school today and all i really want to know is should i take her to my local doctor or should it pass oh and taking a paracetamol eases the pain slightly but doent remove it

thank-you a quick reply would be appreciated
