Hello!
Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to different possible causes: a temporo-mandibulary joint inflammation, an inner ear infection or mastoiditis, tension type headache, etc..

For this reason, I recommend first consulting with your dentist in order to examine your temporo-mandibulary joint.
Further tests to consider would be a brain CT scan and inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate).

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
