Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to have an ultrasound abdomen to rule out any other origin of pain.

However a gastroenterologist review may be needed and if ultrasound is unremarkable, upper GI endoscopy may also be needed.

Continue antacids like Omeprazole before meals alongside motility agents like domperidone or Itopride. Sucralfate may also be helpful in such conditions along with the other treatment options.

Stool for H pylori may be needed to decide for eradication therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
