Suggest Treatment For Severe Insomnia

I just received an injection today in my should for an impingement. I had been on a me drool dose pack started 2 weeks ago for 6 days. I experienced some insomnia for a couple days and have been sleeping fine except for my pain waking me since. Tonight I am wide awake and it s almost 2am. Could this be from my injection today this quickly? If so what can I do?

As a first line management, you can try drugs like Zolpidem and if symptoms persist, consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
